The Right Thing - Resident Care
When someone comes in to tour the care business, the facility staff person who completes the pre-admission appraisal, levels of care form, and reviews the physician's report, usually knows if the prospective resident is a "right" placement. The way to know, if it is a good placement, is to accurately assess the residents needs, and make sure you know exactly how their needs care will be met. It's also important to go by your gut instinct, is this person a good fit? Will we be able to really meet their needs? Is there any concern with accepting this person for admission?
